3. Herbalife does not guarantee the authenticity or quality of products purchased from unauthorised sellers, including through online sales platforms.
4. Herbalife actively monitors online sales channels and platforms to detect unauthorised sales, including counterfeit products, and will take legal action against errant sellers to the fullest extent permitted by law.
